Question 1: Why do I need to sign-up to view the videos?

Answer 1: For viewing the videos, you need to complete 2 steps:

1. Sign-up to our newsletter.
2. During the sign-up we send you a confirmation email. Click on the confirmation link inside the email we sent you.

Once you complete both these steps, you will be able to view the videos.

Question 2: The play head keeps on spinning and the video does not play. What do I do?

Answer 2: To view the videos, you need the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player installed on your computer.
To install the flash player, visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer This will correct the spinning head problem.

Question 3: I signed-up but still cannot access the video tutorials.

Answer 3: You probably did not click on the confirmation link in your email. This is a very important step. Please go back to your email application and look for an email
